Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card/visa debit information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).

@Tinagirl is your Visa debit issued by a Canadian institution? You can try contacting a support agent to see if they can help. You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

@Tinagirl You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about CC updating later
