Hi there,
My phone has been lost and I am locked out of my account. I want to cancel my contract with public mobile. I have already requested a stop payment at my credit card company. I may have been able to suspend my payments over the phone with public mobile but am uncertain. It is very frustrating that public mobile has gone totally AI and I can not talk to a person. The AI keeps sending me in loops.
I have an Eversafe account also.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

hi @Zexta23 use the message links and you can ask support to help to get back access or remove credit card from the system to cancel

I have been locked out for weeks. Even changed my password but still locked out. Now my phone is lost and I want to cancel my account. AI very frustrating. Keeps sending me in loops.

@Zexta23 Are you actually locked out of the account, or just can't log in because you don't have the phone to get the code? If you still have access to your email you can tap "didn't get the code" when you get to the the 2FA code entry page, and it should give you the option to get the code by email instead of text.

How do I remove a phone number from something I have already posted?

first, remove the phone number as we are just customers
And maybe a cache problem, try again usomg Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
