I have been locked out of my account. Been trying to contact the CS team to help. How do i go about this?

@Phemi007  - is your account currently in suspended/non-pay status?

 

If it has been in suspended/non-pay status for over 90 days, then this means you lost your account/phone number/access to Self Serve/any rewards or available balance, sorry.

 

But if this account is ACTIVE or only suspended within 90 day; than you can follow others' instructions to  help get you back into your account.

If you've been locked out due to entering incorrect login credentials (but you know the correct ones), wait one hour, clear cache and cookies, open incognito tab, then try again.

 

If you don't remember username or password (and are unable to reset the password and/or do not recall your verifications questions), then contact the Customer Support Agents as described beforehand.

You can use the chat bubble at the page bottom right corner to get a ticket for help from a CS Agent with getting help with getting back into your account 🙂

did you try to wait a full hour and try again?  maybe you don't need PM Support after 1 hours temporary lock.

 

Or you can open tickets with PM support:

          Start with typing  "Forgot Log in Information " , then click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".  Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,
