I need some help, I'm supposed to travel tomorrow and I can't log into pay for my account. It's locked out and when I try the security ?s it says I'm putting in the wrong answer. I checked the case sensitivity and nothing seems to be working. I don't know who to ask about this. Can someone please help?

Have you tried paying with a voucher via dialing *611?
If you can do it, it will at least reactivate your account.
You can also pay via credit card but you'll need your PIN.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser and incognito mode,
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better
use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,
and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about
a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,
if you don't remember your security question you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent , they will Reset for you,
Explain your issue they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@jp1987 If you missed the security question and if you don't think you have the answer, please open a ticket with PM CS Agent and they will sort it out for you
To open a ticket with Customer Support Agent, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Conta ct Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
There, you will be prompted to enter COMMUNITY Login (NOT My Account/Self-Serve) to validate your identity,
After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) CS Agent will communicate with you there
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to CS_Agents (but this can take longer):

Do as above. Also delete history and cookies on browser or try a different browser. And wait 1 hour if your account is temporarily locked. Also try to do a password change (forgot password).

The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many attempts. You might want to wait an hour and try again.
If you still have issue logging in, try the Forgot password link to reset the password. You will need to answer security questions. though.
If you don't know the answer to the security questions, you can open a ticket with mod to have it reset.
