If you are locked out of your email @Marion75  and cannot access it. You should also give the moderators a new email address that you have access to and ask them to replace your old one on your account login. This can only be done by the moderators.

You can also change the one here, if applicable yourself,  through your community sign in, top rigjt of the envelope.

Did you lose access to both your email and your account?

You don't need to access email if you are not changing your password

When is your renewal?

Does your service work?

Can you dial 611?

You can add funds using 611 if you have credit v card registered on your account, or you can buy voucher so that you don't lose service while waiting

If you are locked out of your account. You will need to get in touch with the mod team.

Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team

  • Make sure you give them information about your account (eg. your phone number, account pin, and an explanation.

They will be able to assist you with unlocking your account and giving you access back. 

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for them to get in touch with you.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies the reboot.  Sometimes waiting an hour or two may allow you to log in
