Stingers (devices used to intercept or monitor phone conversations)

I am interested in knowning if anyone knows what my option are for a Stinger? Thisis a device that can monitor or intercept phone calls.  Located in Canada, Ontario, brampton on Candlewood crt.

Do I have any options for having any resource investigate ? I have already spoken to Publicc mobile and they only provide service

OP: do you really think you can waltz into your local Walmart and pick up a surveillance tool to listen in on people and invade their privacy? Try the "dark web" like in the movies. Not here.

Maybe try the RCMP or CSIS.  Surveillance systems have nothing to do with Public Mobile.

That sounds illegal, isn't it? If so, you should probably remove that from this forum. I assume it would fall outside of the terms of service. Or are you trying to defend against such devices?
