Locked out of accounts and need to pay

I literally have been locked out of my account for 5 months. I can't update my payment methods are do anything

And if you need to pay first to resume service, get a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher via *611

@Sam1997 ,thats a long time to not being able to get into your account! Have you sent a message to CS_Agent for help getting into your account?
