Locked out of account

I am locked out of my account and I keep not receiving the email to reset the password and there is no number anywhere to call to get help.

Unfortunately, PM is an online service so you can’t call any staff to help but you can contact them by private messaging or Chat on this Community page.

If you are locked out is because you entered the wrong password too many times to avoid fraudulent entry.

Just wait about 1/2 hour and try again and click on Forgot Password.

Open a ticket by clicking the message bubble in the bottom right or sending a private message to a CS Agent
