Hi there, let me introduce myself. My name is Trudy and I don't have a community account. With permission I am using a friend's account to ask for help because I am locked out of my PM account. I have the correct information for my account so the reason I got locked out is since I was using the saved email and password option it automatically kept adding an extra space to my email which unbelievably is why I had five failed login attempts before I realized what the problem was and was locked out of my account. I tried the chatbot and it always ended up advising me to signin to fix my signin problem. I tried resetting my password but after choosing a new valid password it showed I was still locked out. I've waited far longer than amount of hours needed to try again and same story. I tried using incognito mode to login after reading community forums but nothing worked. I've tried using the app and different devices to login but didn't work. I've even tried creating a new account but only got as far as a failed attempt to link my current sim to new account. Please help me fix this problem in time to change my subscription plan while the Black Friday sale is on!

Too many with the wrong password will lock you out of your account for an hour for suspicious access to your account on the app or website.

Once you are locked out, you can’t access your account after Forgot Password until after an hour.

If all fails, private message a CS_Agent at:

wait an hour first, try using Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser to try login again

 

if same, best to submit ticket with CS agent and they can sort it out for you
