So whe. I signed up to public mobil I started with a temp number it gives you.
The. I ported my number over from my old provider.
But once that was all done. Any time I try to log into my account. And the 2 factor verification sends a text code to the old temporary number that was given, and not to my current ported over number.
So no matter what I do I have zero access to my account.
I need help now!!!!

Well I'm still locked out. But I'll give it a try. It typically never gave me the email option. But hope it does.
Public mobile is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Such craziness to get help.

it is fixable
When you are on the 2FA screen, click Didn't receive code and then select Send email
once you are logged in, go to Profile, click Manage EverSafe id and you can update the phone number there
if you are really unable to login, you will need to ask support agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
