I signed up for the wrong plan. I need to change this subscription. How do I do this?

@RoinR  Did you do an immediate plan change or change it for next renewal ? It advised to do so for next renewal . If you did and it’s wrong plan just cancel and make plan change with right plan for next renewal . Subscription add on page and cancel

PM is prepaid and usually no going back.  But if you just sign up today, maybe it is possible.  As CS agent 

  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
