My husband got himself locked out of his self serve account. He created a support account for this forum. When he clicked the link in the email confirmation it gave an error: 3ABB815F.
He also gets an error if he tried to login to support: 55C492B8
He needs to pay his bill. Help!

@Huru Just for the record. Public is a prepaid service if you don't renew you plan your account stops working. After 90 days you account gets terminated. Your credit history does not get affected.
Now if you still have issues and can't make payment then submit a ticket to PM for help. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

There is exactly nothing to do with credit here. It's prepaid. You don't pay you don't get.
Try using the 611 service if you have either a pre-registered payment card or buying vouchers in stores or online.

Or you can wait for 50 minutes, clear your browser history, go to incognito/ private mode And try to login again. If this fails, use @Staliger 's suggestion and contact a moderator.

@Laceyparkonline Ask your husband if he can pay by dialing 611 from his device. If your husband cannot contact the moderator team then maybe you should submit a ticket on his behalf and include your husband's account number and ask them to check his account.

If he needs to make a payment right away then he could buy a voucher and call 611 or use recharge.com.

you will need the help of the mod team to assist you with the login error.
You can get in touch with them using a couple of options
First option:
start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon
(CLICK on the "account-specific" question and human and submit a ticket)
Type a message describing the problem and post.
OR
Second option:
contact them directly using this Moderator Team.
Make sure you enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note: It can take 24-48 hours for them to get in touch with you.

If you husband is having difficulties submitting a ticket for moderator help, he can directly private message a moderator.
