Locked out of account - again

I received the following message when I tried to use the password reset feature, "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help." after I retyped my email address in part 1.

 

I cannot access my account to pay Public Mobile.

I just checked your account (phone number ending on 87) and I can see your account is not locked out. If you want me to change your Self Serve password, could you send me your phone number and 4-digit PIN number via private message?

Guess what happened again

I received the following message after ONE attempt "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help"

Yeah, I'm locked out of my account right now too. Anyone else locked out?

@Beccaxox, as I have tagged Shazia_K above, you can click on here name, and a window will pop up.

 

In that window, you'll find a button or a link to send a message.

 

You will get a response back via private message.  Look at the area around your sign in option on the community main page for a NEW message.

How do I pm them

@Beccaxox please edit your post and remove your phone number.  This forum is publicly searchable.

 

I also suggest starting a new thread with your issue, and contacting a moderator via PM (private message).  @Shazia_K is one such moderator.

 

You will need to include your public mobile number, and other info such as SIM number and your name.  PLEASE put this in the Private Message, and not an forum post.

 

Hope you get this resolved shortly!

Two procedures:

 

a) send webform by following the buttons with Contact Us below, and/or

 

b) private message to any moderator with your phone number and the reset request.

 

If you are desperate to make a change that requires access to your account, suggest you mention that as well.
