How to I get back into my self serve account? It continues to say that I am locked out even after waiting the requested 3 hours. I don't understand what is happening. Even when I try to reset my password using my email it says to contact you guys. There is no phone number available to call.

It looks like the website was down but it is up and running now.

Call 611 or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number and see what info you are given. You haven't down a chargeback for a compromised credit card because of a KOODO TOP UP REAPPROV charge on your statement have you?

HI @KimQT45 Usually waiting out 1 hour would be ok.
You tried using the Forgot Password and reset the password?
if you are unable to reset or still unable to login, you will need to open ticket with PM Support.
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@KimQT45 - if you have been in suspended status for over 90 days then you lost our number, account and access to self serve.
But if this is not your situation and still having issues contact CSA.
