Lock phone, need a PUK number

My phone is lock and they said that I need a PUK number. How do I get that ?

Yeah, Nck is an unlock but sim network unlock pin is the same.

Sim network unlock puk is a master unlock code needed after bad attempts at the NCK. All of these mean phone is locked.

What does it say?

2 types

SIM Network Unlock PUK: phone is locked to another carrier, contact them for code

The sim PUK: it's a password, contact Public Mobile moderators
