Lock out of my account

I am lock out since I can’t access email or get phone call or text on my public number. Can’t get link to reset…..

 if you have no access to your email to receive the security code and also unable to receive it via sms, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to assist the password reset process

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

 to Reset Password

 

or  Login Page

 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

 

or contact to support team by CS_Agent  to reset for you.

If you have kept up with your monthly payments for longer than 90 days. Your account is closed  number lost, you can't access your account and NO service on your phone.

If you have kept up with payments then you must contact a CA_Agent to help you access your account through creating a ticket via SIMon Chatbot or pm them.
