How can we get in touch with a real person? Live person? Human beings? The fact that there is no contact phone number for customer service and local stores to go in physically is the only reason I did not change over my entire family to Public Mobile . I had my mind set on Public Mobile until I learned that everything is online and no real customer service.

Typing with 2 thumbs on my iPhone with a thoughtful potential solution was not as fast as on a keyboard. By that time, it is similar to a faster response. My senior thumbs are not as fast as when I was younger.
At least I will give a potential solution before contacting a CS_Agent rather than just giving a automatic “contact a CS_Agent” answer. 😉

Still, I can understand why this service isn't for everyone, and that's totally fine.

it is very hard to get instant customer service, you only can send insite mail and wait for their response!
