I entered the SIM number information on the website and clicked on Link SIM but nothing happens when I click on link SIM. There is a green checkmark indicating it is a valid SIM
Not sure how to proceed since nothing happens when I click on link SIM

@AndrewEB , are you trying to change a SIM card in an active account? I don't see link SIM option anywhere in the self serve account. There is a change SIM option in the profile tab. Actually I did a SIM change in one of my accounts tonight and the function definitely works. Having said that, if you are trying to activate an account, then you have to use the app to complete the process. This help article explains the subscription (activation) process.

Did you reboot the phone by powering off then back on?

@AndrewEB try again using Incognito mode
if issue persists, you can ask support to help you to update the sim card

@AndrewEB you have an active account with PM and try to change to a new sim card?
if so, please try to use a browser on a computer or laptop to do that instead of using browser on a mobile phone
