Hello 👋
I am in good standing with my accounts legacy rewards status. I have the idea to change my plan today. If I change to a new plan, will I retain my legacy rewards status? I am asking as since it is phased out completely, reading plans that advertise public points so prominently makes me wonder if I’ll lose my legacy rewards after switching. I have read the fine print and the official article regarding legacy rewards. Can anybody set the record straight for me on the issue please?

indeed, public mobile advertises public points on their plans as a subtle way to coax members to switch to public points.
They also put little subtle messaging on the self-serve suggesting members can save more by switching to public points.
The reason they do this is it saves them money, and it costs us more.
so just don’t ever switch.

Can confirm as well. Went from $25 plan down to $15 and kept all my goodies. Never EVER change it. Legacy for life!

You'll stay on the old rewards. I suggest not swtiching the points system. It is worse in almost all aspects.
