Hello!
I want my mom to join PM with me, but let's say for some odd reason she doesn't want to continue with PM and wants to go elsewhere; what are the steps to transfer your number from PM to the other provider - if possible?
Asking here vs googling because I am at work and it's easier than searching the web when busy, so please be nice! Thank you ❤️

if the service is not fully activated, the port not completed, you just do not reply to the porting authorization text from your old carrier, or even reply NO to it
as to closing the account and possible refund, ask PM support agent directly, you can submit ticket by direct message:

if she wants, she can port to new cell provider as long as her PM account is active and in good standing. Just don't quit PM before porting away.
