I transferred 2 lines to another company. It seems I cannot log into my account anymore. How do I get the last statement ? How do I get the refund ? I used credit card.

You should have ported out 2 days before your renewal date so you won't be charged for the next cycle...sorry no refund on prepaid service.

There are no refunds for pre paid services.

@dingzq @Also pm is prepaid so unfortunately you will not get a refund for service not used once you port out

@dingzq it is normal you cannot login as once your number is ported, your account will be closed. This confirmed your account is now closed
Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund
But for the statement, please open ticket with PM using direct message and PM support can certainly help:

@dingzq @Once you port your numbers out from public mobile , it automatically cancels your account
