I have 4G plan.  Speedtest shows download speed less then 1Mbps.  Upload is much slower.

How do I get Public Mobile to fix this?

Wi-Fi is off.

Also make certain your device is not using a Wi-Fi connection when completing the test.

If you may have a weak Wi-Fi signal being picked up, the speed test may be using that signal to complete the test.

To be certain, disable the Wi-Fi, then ensure only mobile data is enabled.

@Lens20  of course that does not look right.  1Mbps is not even  the speed for 3G plan

Start with clicking Reset All networks and see if it works

Also, if possible, try to test your PM sim card in another phone

And try it in different area, just in case it is a local network issue
