LOST SIM CARD..CAN NOT REGISTER NEW SIMS TO THE OLD NUMBER

I have lost my sim card and the new sim CARD can not be registered to the old number as i am unable to login in to the account to make any changes?

As soon as I try to login, it sends a verification code to my old sim which i don't have anymore in my possession!!!

what is the way out?

When you get to the page where you're asked to enter the verification code keep hitting resend and it should then send you the email option for the code
