Can't get past log in! Have been trying for days! Cannot activate my account or continue transferring number or anything. What do I do?

Hi Eddie! Thanks, but did all those things znd still returns to log in page and I keep putting in poor and email and they are correct??

@CT59 did you install the Public Mobile app on your phone and try logging in through the app to complete the activation? This is a necessary step that cannot be done on the website. If the app is still not letting you in, try going into your phone's settings and go to the apps section, then clear cache/data for the Public Mobile app. If after this you still can't log in contact a support agent, they will be able to help you.
