Hey. I just activated my LG phoenix 4. My messages and phone works. Just not my data. Help!

@Naepalm Data not working isn't a porting issue. Even with a failed port, mobile data would still function.

Do a network reset for LG phone after changing provider before data working again as susgested by @gblackma .

If network reset does not work, you may need to backup your data and do a factory reset.

@thenerd LG phones require at minimum a network reset and sometimes a factory reset is required for it to work properly on PM. Lets try a network reset.

Reset Network Settings LG Phoenix 4
  1. Switch on the mobile by holding the Power button for a short while.
  2. Then choose Main Menu and Settings.
  3. After that select General and Backup & Reset.
  4. In the next step open Network Settings Reset and Reset Settings.
  5. At the end choose Reset Settings.
  6. Great!

Restart your phone and use these APN settings

APN settings:

When porting over you will need to wait a few hours for everything to work. If more then 3 hours have passed try inserting the SIM into another phone and see if it works.

Try turning your phone off remove your SIM, then place the SIM back and restarting it.

Also, try to reset your network settings.
