Data in new phone

I bought a new phone pixel 8 pro and everything works on it but my data. It's saying it's disconnected. I tried everything it's saying to do but it's not working

@Elsielou_6  So you've rebooted the phone, reset network settings,  checked APN?  if a physical sim can you try it in another working phone and then put it back in your new one?   If you need customer service open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work then send support a private message using this link
