I have been trying to login my auccount for so long to change my plan and what not, but this messages keeps emerging when I try to log into my auccount "LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION." and when I press, resume activation it takes me back to the home page, I have tried several times and none of them had a different result. I need access my auccount back asap. This is very anoying.

@mani1 I think that if you activated that long ago with the app you should already have an Eversafe log-in and the message seems to confirm that. Best to contact customer service by the link given earlier, i.e.

Watch for a response at the envelope icon top right, if there is no envelope then click on your avatar and select "messages".

You have to sign up for an account on the new EverSafe. Just sign up like a new person.

Hello, I already have an auccount,
I have used this app in my mobile phone before I don't know what changed. I still pay for serivice from Public Mobile.

have you activated your Eversafe account yet ? That's a key part of account access now.
