Koodo to resend SMS since dint reply in 90 minutes

I want Koodo to resend SMS. I couldn’t reply in 90 minutes so number hasn’t ported yet to public mobile.

Just to confirm....you are porting from a koodo postpaid account? Have your koodo account # ready to give to the porting department. They close in half an hour so don't delay....

I guess you are porting from Koodo to PM, There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
