Hi all,
There was a promotion last month for all Koodo and Public Mobile customers to get a Stream+ for cheap. This involves subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. I paid for it but when I go to register it wants me to sign into my Koodo account and I don't have a Koodo account, I have a Public Mobile account.
I can't find a number to call for help for Public Mobile customers, it's all online.
Does anyone know what I should do??

Thank you, I already did that but it's not letting me make a Koodo account, that's the problem

actually, you have to go to the Koodo link here:
https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/subscriptions/public
choose a plan and select Add Now and follow the steps to create a Koodo account

Here's a link. You would need to create an account with Koodo. Contact them for follow up.

You had to make a Koodo account to use the promotion.
