I submitted a request to transfer a Koodo number to public mobile. Koodo already cancelled my account but the number is still not working within Public mobile. Now I am locked out I cannot communicate .

If your Koodo SIM is still working then it is in the process of porting your number over to PM…this could take up to 2 hours.
Once the Koodo SIM stopped working then reboot your phone by powering off then power back on.

i think you properly cannot even make outbound calls. And you are physical sim? try to reboot phone and try sim on another phone
