Keep getting error when I try to buy add on

@eltonchan018 Yes, this is a known issue and they are working to fix it.

Some users confirmed working when you purchase by dialing 611.

Last couple of days, some people have been reporting this bug.  PM is aware of it and will fix it soon.

In the meantime, send a private message to @CS_Agent right now and the mods will add the add-on of your choice to your account.  Be sure to provide your public mobile phone number in the private message as well.

So I had already purchased 1GB add on this month and trying to purchase another, so it wont let me top up it looks like.  But when I purchase 200MB add on it went through.  How do I purchase 1GB add on instead?
