1. What plan do you have? price? 3G,4G, 5G? How many GB?
2. Go to your "My Rewards" and tell us how many available rewards points you have?
I'm just wondering if maybe you're an old legacy customer and, like many others, have not realized that all customers have been switched to the points rewards system about a year ago. Under the old system, customers would get automatic monthly discounts to reduce their bills. Now you have to change points into bill credits to reduce your bill.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

My plan is 3 month at a time , usually $120 plus tax , now it’s showing double that amount .

Do you see those double charges on your PM account or on your credit card?
On credit card one could be 'pending' and it will be gone on a day or two.
If it is on PM account and you are 100% sure it is an error, but extra $ appears on 'funds available' you can leave it the for the next billing cycle or ask for refund (takes longer) opening a ticket.
