I am very frustrated -- just trying to update my credit card and it is not being accepted; my phone has been suspended.
I called VISA -- there is no problem just that the original card expired in July.
Please help me as I need my phone; I am unhappy about how to get this updated.

The password reset function hasn't been working very well for sometime. You will need to send a private message to the mods, click this link: @CS_Agent, and give them your name, account number, a brief explaination of what's going on, and they'll be able to work with you to get you access to your account.
Once in self-serve, you can make the change to your new CC.

i forgot my password, the email to reset my password expires by the time i receive it.
hence unable to provide my new credit card for payment.
Please help

@Bettyanna I have moved your post to a separate topic for better visibility.
To add a new credit card for AutoPay, log into your self-serve account. Then click on the Payment and you will see "Manage my card" or "Register my Credit or Visa debit card" at the bottom as seen on the picture below.
