Where is my order?

I ordered my SIM card 5 days ago. I got a confirmation email that says to track my order on your site but no tracking number. I paid for purolator shipping and my address is NOT a PO BOX.

Please help!

I would be happy to look into this for you: could you send me your name, email address and order number by private message?

It is normal if you have yet to receive your SIM card as there was a long weekend, and delivery from Purolator is only done on business days.

I would assume because I paid for purolator service there would be tracking.
