Can't add additional 1GB data to plan.

Hi folks,

My data expired and had to add 1GB for $30.  Did that and it worked.  Long story short, data ran out again because I switched phones and new phone downloaded a crap load of stuff and ate up data.  So now I'm trying to add another 1GB.  Went through the usual steps but it's not working still.  And yes there's a $30 balance available to use in my account.  Am I missing something here?

Can confirm also using 611 worked for me.  Thanks for the help!

I am expereincing same issue as above, can't add another data addon, please help advise.
