I Have Reset My Password 3 Times In The Last 2 Hours And It Still Keeps Locking Me Out Of My Self Serve Account

If the password rest is not working, you will need to contact moderator to access your self service account

 

To contact moderator via 2 methods:

  1. Ticketing system - faster response time

Click on the blue chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

2 Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

Depending on what you're needing to do...the 611 service can do a few things. But you'd need your 4 digit PIN to use a pre-registered payment or buy add-ons or toggle autopay

I would try : clear browser history , go to incognito mode, disable ad blocking and try again to reset your password .
