hi @Douglas88 you removed all old carrier sim and eSIM?
go to Settings, manually remove the phone number. Reboot phone and then go back and enter the phone number back. That would force iMessage to re-register
but if that does not help, ask PM support to check and refresh the account on the system
you can submit by direct message:

To fix iMessage after changing carriers, disable and re-enable iMessage and FaceTime in your settings, sign out of and back into your Apple ID under Messages settings, restart your phone, and check that your phone number is correctly registered.

Hey @Douglas88
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings and reboot.
Then if that doesn't work, go to Settings app, tap on Messages, and then toggle the iMessage switch to the off position. Reboot, go back and turn it on.
