I was just setting up an account. I selected the CDN - US plan, I had my own phone, purchase a SIM card. After the payment mark the application gave me an error screen. basically saying my payment had been received but there was an error in setting up my account and to contact support.
When I log in it looks fine now. I believe the next step is to wait for a SIM card before finishing my account setup and then transfer my number to the new SIM.
Does this sound right? Do I need to contact support, not even sure how.

there has been multiple reports about error at the end of the activation in the last couple days. please open a ticket with support by messaging them here
