My phone plan was just renewed today Oct 31, but the usage has already said my data was used up. Actually, I didn't use any. In addition, I didn't call even one minute today, but the usage said I already used 14 mins. Please double-check the accuracy of my plan usage.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

If you called your voicemail or check for messages, that uses up your minutes on the $15 plan.
Sometimes there's a glitch and your usages don't get reset after your renewal.

Clear cache and relaunch browser
or use Private mode/Incognito mode to login
or use a new browser to login
With one of the 3 ways above, you will see the correct usage

Can you clear your browser cache and history and then go incognito/private mode. Also click on the spinner icon to update information in self service.
