Hello, I recently just accepted one of the offers that was being texted to me and I forgot to cancel my autopay ebfore porting over. I can't log back into my account to fix this. Is there any solution or any moderator that could help?

@Ataxangder, to remove auto pay you will need to seek moderator team assistance. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Autopay should have been automatically disabled when you ported over. Do you remember what would have been your next renewal date? Just check your credit card statement around that time to make sure that no charge from Public Mobile shows up. If you are charged, then contact the Moderator Team at that point so they can reverse the charge.
