Just payed for plan, then it says my plan expites today and still does not work

I figured that I had some kind of referral bonuses as it showed on my account that I had $2.00 on it and owed an estimated $8.00 to resume service. I payed it and says my plan will expire today. I tried to text and call and the service is atill dead.

Contact moderators by clicking ?, bottom right, follow instructions to submit a ticket. Wait time has usually been within an hour lately. Be sure to verify account details correctly.

Tried but did not work. Dealing with moderator, well.... waiting for reply.

@Shawn16420 I believe the $1 payment @Triguy mentioned might work for you. It's much quicker than moderators usually. I think you have to do it through http://selfserve.publicmobile.ca.

@Shawn16420 if you did have referral credit it should have gone against your renewal.

What plan are you on?

Sometimes when you touch stuff during the renewal process things go wrong.

 If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help    -> Click on Chat with Simon on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

I payed through *611.  Now when i call 611 it says my balance is zero (as it should be, i just payed)

After your plan was expired/suspended, PM want you to pay full plan fee before you can reactivate your plan.

 

Is your amount of available fund in your account is equal to or great than your monthly plan fee?

If not, add more fund and click the reactivate button to restart your account.

If yes, click the reactivate button to restart your account.

Try making a top up payment of a $1.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Shawn16420 to contact a moderator and explain your situation.  Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one  ( CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )
