Just changed my plan to $25 for 30 days and now I can't make local phone calls

Hello~

 

I just changed my plan, from $35 for 30 days to $25 for 30 days, and with this new plan I'm supposed to have unlimited international text, and unlimited talk (in the province).

 

If I try to call any local number, I get the message : "Sorry, we could not complete this call. You do not have a long-distance add-on, and this call is not covered by your plan."

 

I've have tried several *definitely* local numbers and get the same message. What should I do ?

Might want to try two tricks that might re-activate/reset your plan:

1.  Report your phone lost/stolen.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login.  Report your phone found.

2.  Manually add $1 into your balance.  

These actions sometimes with reset your SIM/re-activate account.  

 

Otherwise, might need to private message moderator.

I just re-strated my phone, tried calling again and got the same message.

My self-service account status is "active"

(local) text messaging doesn't work either.

Try re-booting your phone to see if that works.  

In  you self service account, is your status active or suspended?  

Does your texting work?
