Hi, today i changed my Iphone 6 plan to have data in it, however when I tried to use the data it would not work. I was just wondering if anyone can help me access my data

@Michael77 @Luddite so far, it's crickets. It's frustrating when trying to help people and they don't follow up. Maybe no news is good news and @delanys is too busy off enjoying mobile data to come back to update us? I hope that's the case.

@delanys you have gotten some great advice so far in this thread.
I would also suggest powering your phone off and back on again if you have not already since you added data to your account.
Since you were not using data, did you have it turned off on your phone?
You could always double check
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming (to turn on or off)
