There's also a new $40 for 50GB unlimited plan - makes sense, given the new $34 for 40 GB unlimited plan makes the old $40 plan pointless.

Agreed - ANYONE on either of the previous two $34 dollar plans should switch to this one. More fast data PLUS unlimited data at the same price.
