Switch Subscriptions Before Activation

Hello,

I have recently subscribed to the $34/30Gb 4G plan, but I have not yet activated the sim (currently away from home on a trip and the sim has been mailed to my home) and would like to change subscriptions to the $34/20 gb 5G plan. Would this be possible?

Hi,

I understand what you are saying, the question I wanted to ask is if I can make the switch on renewal even if the plan I paid for hasn’t been activated yet? I do not have the sim card with me to perform the activation and fear that by next week when I do have access, the offer will be over.

If you have already paid for the $34/30GB 4G plan but wish to change it to another plan, I would suggest changing your plan so that it takes effect on your next renewal date rather than taking immediate effect. Public Mobile is a pre-paid service so  you might have already paid for 30 days of service on the $34/30GB 4G plan. If you were to switch with immediate effect, you would be wasting your money for something you just paid for. You can still act upon making the switch today but setting it so that it takes effect on the new renewal 🙂
