Just activated an account and although I can make outbound calls. I'm unable to receive inbound calls nor send/receive text messages

@lenard2 ok reset phone networks. If still doesn't work send a message to customer service to look into it for you.

what phone do you have?
if you didn't port your number, try reboot your phone and try Reset All networks
if same, ask PM support agent to refresh your account. submit by direct message:

I did not port any number. I selected a number from the list that was provided.

@lenard2 did you port in? Did you receive the SMS to confirm the port and replied to it?
I will send you another message with the porting team's phone number to call and check.
