Just activated a PM SIM for LG G4 - phone can make calls, but can't receive them. SMS isn't working either. I went into the settings and manually entered the appropriate coordinates.
Data works, but receiving phone calls isn't working. SMS texts aren't working at all.

In porting situations, I always encourage people to continue to use their old service until it stops. This is the most reliable way to tell when the port is complete.

@memberd I have had experience similar issue when ported from Fido: I would only received calls from cell phones, if people called from landline they would hear message "The cellular number you have called is not assigned". I do not know what fixed this issue with my phone, but after dancing with drum for four days it started work normally. Now, my referred friend experiencing the same problem!!!

- The number you want to port, PM sim number, old account number, old account name exacly as on bill
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.

@memberd, did you transfer (port) your phone number from a previous provider? If so, it could take a while for the port to complete. I am surprised that outgoing SMS is not working though. That usually kicks in within minutes. Did you restart your phone?
