I've gotten locked out my selfserve account and I need to change my payment method online, how can I reset my password?

Hi @Anugraha, Unfortunately the password reset feature is broken in the self serve portal. Just send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to reset for you. Include your phone number or account number and your account PIN to speed up the identification process.
