I have a pay as you go threw koodo it keeps telling me it's invalid when trying to set up account

Hi @Harry1.  Are you trying to set up a Public Mobile account and port your Koodo (prepaid) number to Public Mobile?

If that's the case, there are a few things...

- You must use a different email for Public Mobile (from the one used in Koodo).

- You need to create your Public Mobile account with a NEW number, and then contact the moderator team to have them port your Koodo number to Public mobile.

- Your Koodo account must still be active in order to port the number.
