Did you get your plan activated and is your service working properly? If not, you can message a customer service agent. A response may take a few hours or a few days depending on how busy they are. Good luck.

@Halfdan Have you gone into the iMessage settings and tried removing the iMessages from and restart phone and registering? Also sign out of Apple ID and re-register.
